Salt Point Full Renovation

When the owners purchased this home, it was in a state of disrepair. Omnia Forma Architects was brought on board to revitalize the property and transform it into a modern, elegant retreat.

The entire façade was replaced, including all windows, to restore the home’s exterior barn-like charm. We introduced front and rear dormers, reimagined the attic into a luxurious master suite, and added a welcoming front porch to enhance the sense of arrival. A new back deck was also designed, offering serene views of the lush backyard and the peaceful pond, creating a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
